Topfield creates Personal Video Recorders (PVR), which can be used to receive and record digital television channels. Also music (MP3) can be listened with Topfield products. Topfield features can be enhanced and corrected with TAPs (Topfield Application Programs). It is for example possible to watch digital camera images (e.g. jpg) and timers can be created automatically by search words using TAPs. It is also possible to correct bugs with 3rd party patches. This site lists all TAPs and patches developed for Topfield.

This EPG TAP shows many channels programs on one screen. This TAP's EPG does not look like a traditional Topfield EPG at all. Supports many file formats like TGD, ICE and MEI.

I love this TAP. Who needs EPG Uploader, when I can get TED to put the EPG files in the right place and then JustEPG does the uploading into the main EPG. I love seeing all the channels in one window, shortcut buttons to different times of day, hitting record to make a timer, automatic padding and ability to set repeating timers all very simply. 
 
The only problem I had was assigning channels in the first place, which took a combination of editing the ini file for this and the ini files for TED. Should have a function that can browse EPG files, and assign these to the channels on the EPG - a bit like the favourites list interface. That would save a lot of hassle with ini files. 
 
But having said that, but once I got everything working it is terrific and I couldn't live without it.
