Better version of the built in AutoStart functionality of the Topfield. An ini-file defines the order, in which the TAPs should start. In addition you can set the day-time-window in which the tap is allowed to start and you can also set a delay before the TAP is actually launched
Works also with TMS models (Topfield Media Solution), for example with Topfield SRP 2100.

- Fixed a bug which produced a crash when jumping in the TS buffer after XStart has run

- XStart waits 2 seconds before starting the TAPs. When a 0 key is received within these 2 seconds,
XStart terminates immediately and no TAP is launched.

- Recompiled for the TMS. BatchMode not supported right now.
